I had the distinct pleasure of photographing the Pattersons (of the Patterson Fruit Farm fame...think peaches in the summer and apples and pumpkins and donuts in the fall) last week on what turned out to be a beautiful fall day.   My favorite shot of the day came at the end of our session.  This is one of those shots that would be hard to reproduce because the leaves are technicolor from the sun shining at exactly the right spot.


Sam and Jack are adorable together.


A family shot in the apple orchard was a necessity.  Sam ate the apple...it wasn't a prop...although he did grumble that it wasn't his favorite type of apple.
