Winter Workshop Reminder
There are two seats left for the photo workshop that starts on Saturday. Please email me at info@fmlphotodesign.com if you are interested but need/want more info on the 4 week course. The most common question and concern...I only have a point and shoot. All four of the photos in this post were taken with my Canon Powershot to illustrate how powerful this little camera can be. More info on the workshop can be found in the Winter Workshop post.
Chicken Noodle Soup...the recipe can be found in the Bill Phillips Eating For Life Cookbook
If you look closely, you can see my reflection in the tea kettle behind the pot. And yes, I am still obsessed with my chopper that I received as a Christmas gift. Just look at my perfect carrots.

Oat Bran muffins...the recipe can be found on the side of the Bob's Red Mill, Organic High Fiber Oat Bran Hot Cereal. This is the second time I have made these muffins. This time I added a single serving of unsweetened applesauce, currants, craisins and pecans in lieu of dates. They are much less dense and the fruit adds sweetness. I feel very Martha Stewart. My Mom will be so proud!

My Parents-In-Law live about 20 minutes from Holiday Valley Ski Resort. We spent Saturday morning skiing and taking in the great views of the valley. It was cold but beautiful. Maybe next year I will be a more experienced skier and not afraid to take photos from the lift.
