Lewis Family Adventures-Part I

Over the past two+ weeks we have traveled all over the East Coast.  Here's the short version:
Copley to Pittsburgh to Williamsburg to Pittsburgh to Copley to Buffalo to Niagara On the Lake to Toronto to Buffalo to Copley to Jacksonville and back to Copley.  I got tired typing that.  We did a LOT of visiting.

We had the pleasure of attending the wedding of Kyle and Cary at William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA, at the Wren Chapel.  Kyle was college classmate of my husband, Derek's.  I had a hard time sitting still during the wedding ceremony.  It's been a long time since I was "just a guest" at a wedding and Derek kept me in check (I think I might have gotten a warning about being obnoxious once or twice.)  I REALLY wished that I had brought my baby (not Brendon, the other one...my 70-200 IS L lens) to the wedding because I had a great view of the ceremony.  The reception is another story...the photos I took at the reception (after the cocktail hour) are just bad.  However, we had a blast eating, drinking and dancing.  We

*Just* before the ceremony began, the heavens opened up and blessed the bride and groom.  Luckily, the rain cleared during the ceremony.  Cary glowed as she walked down the aisle with her Dad.

Kyle was just *a little* nervous...

Cary's proud family looks on.

"I do."

Awwww......

Married!  Time to Party!!!!!

Jeff enjoyed playing photographer and took a shot of Derek and I.

The Johns Hopkins grads.  John, Derek, Kyle and Jeff.
